You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain such accuracy throughout your use of the Platform. You must promptly notify luckyslot of any changes to your registered details via the support channel.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. luckyslot shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify luckyslot immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account, Account credits, or any winnings to any third party.

All Account balances, transactions, and payouts are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). luckyslot does not support transactions in foreign currencies.
From time to time, luckyslot offers Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. luckyslot actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive duplicate bonuses, low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine engagement with the Platform, and collusion between Players. Accounts found to engage in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds voided, winnings forfeited, and Accounts suspended.
luckyslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and under active wagering requirements.
All games available on the luckyslot Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the relevant game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on luckyslot's server, the server record shall be definitive.
